Ask For Feedback
Ask students for direct and honest feedback. This should be done early in the semester (weeks 2 and 3) but can also be done at the end to inform preparation for the next cohort.
Feedback should cover everything from content to teaching methods, also ask about any areas requiring improvement.
Feedback should be sought in a formal tone, use a discussion forum to gather feedback.
