Keep Track of Your Progress

(Oh OK, this might be a little late in coming for some, but alas, you can start with this at the beginning of the next semester or use it now to doublecheck against your course outline/assignment sheet!  Ensure all tasks have been completed and were submitted).

Note important dates and deadlines at the beginning of the semester as this can help you measure your progress throughout the term. Once you’ve identified the major dates, keep them recorded somewhere you can reference regularly.  Use this information to ensure you pace your studying/assignment preparation properly thus eliminating last minute cramming. Check in frequently to ensure you’re maintaining good study habits as the semester continues.

“Self-starters who have good time-management skills can thrive online,” (Thomas Wilson, Ph.D., Director of Online Learning at Azusa Pacific University).
