Let The Students Do The Work
Create opportunities for students to engage in the content for as long as possible; “the more time the students spend engaged in the content, the more they’ll learn” (Bill Pelz).
Some suggestions to ensure students engage with the content and each other include; asking them to find and discuss resources, grade their own assignments, and hold student-led discussions in the online forums.
