Assessor Training

This Postgraduate Certificate in TVET Leadership is designed to deepen participants’ awareness as TVET leaders and to utilise this knowledge to foster greater self-awareness, learning agility, personal resilience, and confidence. It focuses on facilitating an understanding of the importance of alignment of TVET philosophy, policy, and practice with national, regional, and global development agendas. Participants are introduced to strategies that can enable them to respond to future demands of an increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous TVET environment. The issue of greening of TVET is also addressed.
